Refund and Returns Policy for Gleetopin

At Gleetopin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. Please read our policy to understand the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


 

1. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for items that do not meet your expectations. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

  • You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Personalized, custom artwork, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@gleetopin.com with your order number and reason for the return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


 

2. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds on eligible returns. The refund will be processed to your original payment method once the returned artwork is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made artwork.

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted.

  • Gift cards.


 

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. To process a return for a damaged item, please:

  • Notify us immediately (within 5 business days) at info@gleetopin.com with photos of the damaged artwork.

  • We will arrange for return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for all defective or damaged items.


 

4. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to initiate a return once the item arrives.


 

5. How to Return Your Artwork

To ensure your artwork is returned safely:

  • Carefully repackage the artwork in its original packaging, including all materials.

  • Send the artwork to the address provided in your return authorization email.

  • Use a trackable shipping service and send us the tracking number.


 

6. Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.
