If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. 1. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with the art you purchase from Gleetopin. If your item does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be in original, unused condition.
  • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Personalized or custom-made artwork and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and specific return instructions.

  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange.

2. Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds on eligible returns. The refund will be processed to your original payment method once the returned artwork is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Personalized or custom-made artwork.
  • Items marked as final sale or discounted.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds will only be issued for products returned in original, unused condition and within the 30-day return window.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost. To process a return for damaged or defective products:

  1. Notify Us Immediately: Contact us within 5 business days of receiving the damaged item at info@gleetopin.com. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective artwork.
  2. Return Authorization and Shipping: Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange for return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.
  3. No Additional Charges: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will gladly cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to initiate a return once the item arrives.


5. How to Return Your Artwork

To ensure that your artwork is safely returned, please follow these steps:

  1. Packaging: Carefully repackage the artwork in its original packaging, including all materials that were sent with the product (e.g., frames, certificates of authenticity, etc.).
  2. Return Shipping: Send the artwork back to the address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the artwork reaches us in its original condition.
  3. Notify Us of Tracking: Once you’ve shipped the artwork, please send us the tracking number for reference.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your artwork for a different piece, please follow the return and exchange instructions. You can choose a different item from our collection, and we will send it to you once we receive the returned item(s).

Please note that the exchange item may be subject to additional charges if the new artwork costs more than the original. You will be notified of any price difference prior to processing the exchange.


7. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. If you are returning an item for a refund, the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
